RADYOLINK DE-ICING HEATER SYSTEM

The system aims to prevent communication (communication)  interruptions that may occur as a result of snow, frost and/or icing on radiolink antennas.

The system is designed to prevent communication interruptions that may occur as a result of snow, frost and/or ice on the radiolink antennas. When the temperature level around the radiolink antenna drops to levels that can cause snow, frost and ice accumulation in the antenna , the heaters operate to prevent icing, frost and snow accumulation. The temperature value can be adjusted so that the heaters can be active.  The control of the heaters and the evaluation of the data collected from the temperature sensors are carried out by the “De-icing System Control Unit”. Each system controller controls up to four radiolink de-icing heaters.  The additional system controller is used when there are more than four heaters at a site.
